Bounty Guidelines

Gaianet is all about facilitating meaningful connections, and in particular what we like to call Golden Connections. We love to share these connections in abundance, and at the same time we aim to create a viable value model to nourish the facilitation of the network. This page provides guidelines for reasonable bounties to offer for facilitated connections through Gaianet.

The bounty fee suggestions mentioned here are guidelines. You are always free to choose bounties that feel right for your situation.

Give gratitude where this is due. More important than financial flows, we believe, are the flows of gratitude. Remember to give the people gratitude that helped you satisfy your needs and provide value!

A: Bounties are rewards for introductions and golden connections you receive through Gaianet’s Support Line. By offering a bounty for a golden connection, you motivate our professional connectors and the Gaianet network to invest extra time and energy into fulfilling your need. Thereby you increase your chances of being connected to the one person/tool/resource which lifts your journey to the next level.

Q: What is a golden connection?

A: A golden connection is a unique kind of connection that is exactly right for you, at this moment, for your unique journey. We have defined it as: “A purposefully facilitated connection between New Earth Co-Creators, that leads to a meaningful mutual exchange of value that helps them fulfill at least one need they have with regards to fulfilling their purpose." They may include recruitment, fundraising, clients, service providers, partnerships, powerful relationships and more. There is usually a high sense of resonance involved.

Q: What is a relevant introduction?

A: Connections we provide may not always be a perfect match, but receiving them often provides value in unexpected ways. It is up to you to determine how valuable a connection is and how you want to appreciate Gaianet for it.

Q: Why bounties?

A: Bounties help motivate the network to provide you valuable connections for your needs. Next to that we are experimenting with a viable financial model for the value that Gaianet offers. Using bounties is a puzzle piece for that, we believe. And it’s fun!
