How it works

Layers of involvement

Member - saying “yes” to the Gaian core principles, completing a detailed personal profile and activating a monthly financial contribution. Receiving the monthly member-only newsletter, and access to the member database (your “New Earth rolodex”).
Volunteer - volunteering a few hours a week flexibly to support the Gaianet organization (e.g. steward a social media channel, host an online or in-person gathering, optimize the website, execute an outreach campaign, be an ambassador at an event, help maintain database, etc.) in support of Gaianet's mission.
Core contributor - volunteering 1+ day a week as core steward of the field, energizing one or more roles in the organization, and practicing self-organization and meeting facilitation guided by the Gaianet OS Playbook.

Financial contribution

To fuel Gaianet, all members contribute monthly. You can choose your amount. Some give 1 euro, some 22, and some 100. Depending on their level of financial abundance and resonance with Gaianet. The more you give, the more meaningful connections Gaianet is able to facilitate.

Funds are used 100% to support Gaianet’s mission:

Network mapping
Facilitating connections
Storytelling (newsletter and social media)
Building partnerships and coalitions
Website and membership optimization
Promotional materials
Software licenses and admin

Gaianet is a sovereign entity

Gaianet is registered in the Netherlands as foundation, which means Gaianet legally owns itself. The legal representatives have delegated their authority to Gaianet’s constitution and work agreements outlined in Gaianet’s OS Playbook. In practice, this means Gaianet is collectively stewarded and sustained through participants contributing in alignment with what they receive.

Access to the Member Database. Find value-aligned visionaries, entrepreneurs, specialists, community leaders, and investors. This “New Earth rolodex” is your gateway into your next level of purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.
Monthly Member Newsletter with insider updates and in-group invitations.
Connection concierge. Opportunity to email the connectors with your specific asks.
Opportunity to participate. Volunteer a few hours a week to help cultivate Gaianet and experience self-organization

Annual All-Member Virtual Townhall. Meet fellow Gaians in a facilitated online session for collective intention-setting and networking.

The process

1. Activate your monthly financial contribution (choose the amount generously; you can always adjust it later).

2. Complete your personal profile: share your background, needs, skills, assets, and openness to connect (est. 15 - 30 minutes).

3. Core team validates your application (this can take several days).

4. Receive confirmation email with access to Gaianet’s members page

5. Receive the monthly member newsletters.

6. Optional next step: apply as a volunteer to engage deeper with Gaianet and its inner circle.
