CORE TEAM MEMBER

Share your superpowers on this mission to shape a new paradigm for humanity on Earth.

Energize a role in the Gaianet organization part-time, practice self-organization and receive “all the things money can’t buy”: growth, fulfillment, network and belonging.

To become a core contributor, you must first complete the self-organization apprenticeship. Apply if you are able to consistently commit 10+ hours/week.

APPRENTICESHIP

The purpose of Gaianet's apprenticeship program is two-fold:

For Gaianet: To develop lasting relationships that meet the need for (core-)contributors, and prepare them to work within the Gaianet self-organized ecosystem.

For professionals: to practice New Earth Collaborative Skills, while contributing meaningfully to humanity's shift into a new paradigm, in a highly organized and flexible environment.

Gaianet is an invite-only network as a way to ensure a high level of safety and alignment within the community. Invited members go through an onboarding process to 1) ensure alignment, 2) map skills and interests, and 3) facilitate efficient matchmaking.

The Gaianet Membership

The first step towards getting involved is always to first onboard as a network member. This way, both you, Gaianet and current members know there is a deep alignment and willingness to share and connect authentically.

The only way to become a network member is to be invited and vouched for by a current member. This way we maintain a safe space with exceptionally high levels of mutual trust.

If you are not yet connected with a current member, use the contact form to share who you are, what you bring, and why you want to connect. If your message resonates, you will be offered a suitable next step to deepen your engagement with Gaianet and/or a member.

The Gaianet membership is based on a conscious value exchange. This means that members are free to choose their monthly financial contribution, based on what’s right for their individual relationship with the network.

The Community Platform

All onboarded network members (Gaians) receive access to the virtual Community Platform. This is the “virtual clubhouse” where trusted members meet, connect and converse. Members find a highly diverse web of regenerative creatives, visionaries, scientists, academics, artists, healers, entrepreneurs and curious hearts, all of whom share our dream of a heart-driven New Earth.

The platform is where we can always go to for support, to share updates and to connect with highly resonant brothers and sisters who e.g. share the same passions and/or work on similar projects.
