Highlights from our work
Samenzorg
Self organization support for an organization that is building a healthcare system in Belgium in the form of a network of ‘health houses’. From zero to hero. Interpersonal conflicts, unclear organizational structures and lengthy meetings with little output. This was how Gaianet found Samenzorg upon arrival.
Highlight: At the closing of the 6 month period, Samenzorg has come out of the shadows into the light, as there were no more personal tensions between team members anymore, and the operation was making significant headway.
Gaianet
Launching and stewarding Gaianet for 2.5 years with a growing member base every week. Gaianet is a highly trusted network with an exceptional degree of psychological safety.
Highlight: Creating consent-based teams that co-create a network while all tensions are heard and solved. We moved to Brazil with the core team and organized a global gathering for 50 attendees, including ceremonies, parties and a workweek with cooperative facilitation techniques.
Plant medicine facilitator community
Initiating and co-creating an emerging plant medicine community in the Netherlands.
Highlight: We guided a group of 60 participants to create a mission and vision statement in 1.5 hours with input from all participants.
Regenerative village project
Building community and a core team for a regenerative village project.
Highlight: Co-creative day with 50 participants, building an agenda together with all participants and capturing the output.
Personal Development Circle
Co-creating a personal development community.
