Ask yourself these questions about your own project team(s):

Does everybody have the exact same vision of where the project is going and how to get there?

Do team members consistently feel heard, supported, and motivated?

Is there really distributed authority (or do some people's opinions weigh stronger than those of others)?

This year’s re:build event was a great success. The excitement and the beauty of those days were still alive when we met for April’s Monthly Family Gathering.
